Joey DeWitt of UMass Lowell was named men’s track freshman of the week for the Northeast-10 and ECAC. He starred in dual events as he took fourth overall in the 800 meters in 1:59.79 and helped lead the UML 4×800-meter relay team to the title in 7:56.62.
