Fort Kent outlasts Houlton

HOULTON – Senior center Mitchell Ouellet poured in 27 points as Fort Kent avenged a season-opening schoolboy basketball loss to Houlton with a 64-61 overtime victory on Monday night.

Derrick Plourde added 12 points for Fort Kent and Seth Rivera hit a key 3-pointer during overtime.

Brett Miles and Jordan Hill each scored 15 points for Houlton. Winky Lloyd chipped in with 11.
