All families of the 152nd are invited to participate in the Penobscot River Winterfest, scheduled for next weekend in Brewer, free of cost. The weekend includes live music, a chili cook-off, ice sculptures and a children’s fair. Festivities begin Friday afternoon and run through Saturday night.
