BRUNSWICK – Ashleigh Watson led a balanced attack with 15 points on five 3-pointers Friday night as Bowdoin College beat Middlebury (Vt.) 74-50 in New England Small College Athletic Conference play to earn its 50th consecutive home victory.

Erika Nickerson added 13 points, while Julia Loonin scored 11 points and Eileen Flaherty added 10. Justine Pouravelis grabbed 10 rebounds for the Polar Bears.

Elyse Carlson scored a game-high 20 points for Middlebury (Vt.).
