AUGUSTA – Kristin Baker poured in 36 points to lead the No. 5 Valley Cavaliers to a 58-47 upset over the No. 1 Rangeley Lakers in the Western Maine Class D girls basketball semifinals Thursday at the Augusta Civic Center.
Jeri-Dee Fitzmaurice added 10 points in the victory for the Cavs of Bingham.
Krysteen Romero scored 25 in Rangeley’s effort and Sarah Schrader had 14.
