Brig. Gen. John W. Libby, adjutant general of the Maine National Guard, will be the featured speaker at the Husson Business Breakfast at 7:30 a.m. Thursday, April 14, at the school’s Bangor campus. During his speech, Libby will discuss the role of the Maine Guard and Reserves in the present conflict in the Middle East and will discuss the impact of the conflict on Maine soldiers, their families and their employers.
