Bangor Theological Seminary will host a panel discussion titled “The Foundations of Peace and Nonviolence in Faith Traditions” from 4 to 6:30 p.m. Sunday, April 10, in Wellman Commons on the seminary campus, off Union Street. Seminary President William Imes will be moderator. Among those participating in the interfaith dialogue on peace are a rabbi, a Muslim Arab who grew up in Lebanon, a retired Catholic priest and peace activist and a Lutheran pastor. A candlelit interfaith peace service featuring the Voices of Peace choir will follow the discussion.
