ELLSWORTH – A Qigong class is being offered 10-11 a.m. Wednesdays, June 1-July 6, at Beth C. Wright Cancer Resource Center.

Robert Leins will instruct the energy cultivation course, which is known to reduce stress, improve immune function and better overall wellness.
