FORT FAIRFIELD – Brendan McLaughlin scored an unassisted goal at 12:16 into the first half to lift Fort Fairfield to a 2-0 schoolboy soccer victory over Central Aroostook of Mars Hill Tuesday.
Ryan Noyes added an insurance goal at 12:55 into the first half for 1-0 Fort Fairfield. Billy Scull made 11 saves on 12 shots.
Josh Faulkner stopped five of seven shots for Central Aroostook.

At Hodgdon, Stephen Grant scored four goals to help Southern Aroostook of Dyer Brook to the win.
Adam Anderson and Tyler Robinson both scored three goals for the Warriors. Jeremy Boutlier and Rusty Toothaker each had two goals as Zachary Stubbs, Dylan Stubbs, and Logan Edwards all scored a goal. Josh Branscombe made two saves on six shots.
James Ryan, Alex Harris, and Robert Crane combined to make 34 saves on 59 shots for 0-3 Hodgdon.

Fort Fairfield 7, Cen. Aroostook 2
At Fort Fairfield, Kerri Cunningham scored four goals and assisted another to help power Fort Fairfield past Central Aroostook of Mars Hill.
Sadie Ayoob had a goal and an assist for the 1-0 Tigers. Rosemary Williams and Amber Forsman both added a goal as Kellie Osgood and Lauren Beckwith combined to make no saves on three shots.
Latisha Neece and Miranda Levesque each scored a goal for the 0-1 Panthers. Alishia Cote stopped seven of 29 shots.
Hodgdon 5, So. Aroostook 2
At Hodgdon, Brianne McGary and Casey Nightingale each scored two goals to help lead Hodgdon to victory.
Sarah Ryan added a goal for 2-1 Hodgdon. Heather London made nine saves on 14 shots.
Carol King and Brittany Charette both scored a goal for 0-1 Southern Aroostook of Dyer Brook. Shana Martin stopped 16 of 24 shots.
