EAST SULLIVAN – Brock Bradford collected two goals and an assist as the Bangor Christian Patriots stayed undefeated via a 5-0 win over the Sumner Tigers in schoolboy soccer action Wednesday.
Ignacio Bustos and Justin Phinney each added a goal and an assist, while Zach Kutz recorded a goal for 6-0 Bangor Christian. Josh Frost made two saves on four shots.
Mason Young saved 19 of 60 shots for the 0-6 Tigers.
Central 4, Piscataquis 1
At Corinth, Scott Kelley and Danny Kane each had one goal and one assist to lead the Red Devils to the win.
Will Fenn and Teague Palmer added a goal apiece for Central, now 4-2. Charles Haney had 19 saves on 25 shots.
Mike Wharff scored unassisted for the 2-4-1 Pirates of Guilford. Ryan Martell stopped 20 out of 24 shots.

Fort Fairfield 2, Katahdin 0
At Stacyville, Brendon McLaughlin and Beau Everett each scored an unassisted goal in the second half to lift the Tigers by the Cougars.
Billy Scull made 19 saves on 26 shots for the 8-3 winners.
For 5-2-1 Katahdin, Burton Brayall made nine saves on 11 shots.
Presque Isle 4, MDI 1
At Bar Harbor, Greg Whitaker notched a goal and an assist to help the Wildcats remain unbeaten.
Isaac Olsen, Nate Carter and Travis Brooker all had one goal to give Presque Isle a 4-0 lead late in the second half.
With five minutes to go, Skyler Lewis scored off a Ben Young assist to keep the 1-4-1 Trojans from being blanked.
Adam Kingsbury made three saves on six shots for the 7-0 Wildcats, while Max Blandford saved 8 of sixteen shots for MDI.

Lee 7, Penquis 0
At Milo, Minh Gu Rhee scored two first half goals to help the Pandas blank 0-7 Penquis.
Charlie Boulrisse, Everett Houghton, Doob Dow, Drew Pickering and Mark Rowe each added a score for 4-1 Lee. Brandon Crocker had two assists.
Kris King made two saves on seven shots for the Pandas.
Nick Emery and Joe Leland combined for 20 saves against 29 shots for the Patriots.

Mattanawcook 1, PCHS 0
At Lincoln, Sarah French and Tammy Savage combined for three saves on 12 shots as Mattanawcook shut out Piscataquis.
Jessica Gulesian scored off a Betheny Libby assist in the first period for the 4-3 Lynx.
Jessica Pratt stopped two of eight shots for the 4-3 Pirates of Guilford.

At Orono, Emily Sypher scored a goal in overtime to help the Riots drop 0-7 Bangor.
Katy McDonald gave the Rams an early lead when she scored a goal in the first half.
Erin Whelden responded for the 2-6 Riots when she scored off a corner to tie the score in the second half.
Kristine Kittridge saved five of nine shots for Orono, while Sarah Frisk made 10 saves on 11 shots for the Rams.

Dexter 1, Nokomis 0
At Dexter, Brooke Mountain scored in the first half to lift Dexter to victory.
Denise Robinson earned the assist for the 5-1 Tigers. Katie Porier had five saves on eight shots.
Jackie Flye had five saves on six shots for the 0-5 Warriors of Newport.

Orono 3, Central 1
At Orono, the Riots scored three first-half goals en route to the win over Central.
Lindsey Colbath scored two goals and had one assist to pace 5-0-1 Orono. Kate Kirby notched the other goal.
Erica Brownell recorded an unassisted score for the 2-3-1Red Devils.
Heather Woodbrey and Brittney Pinkham combined to save six of nine shots for the Riots.
Jessica Daniel made 13 saves on 20 shots for Central.
Ellsworth 3, George Stevens 1
At Ellsworth, Casey Wyman, Maggie Harding and Emily Miller tallied a goal apiece as Ellsworth prevailed.
Ashley Croak, Lauren Peer and Kelsey Crowley dished out assists for the 5-1-1 Eagles. Catie Cravens made three saves on six shots.
Winslow Brokaw scored an unassisted goal for the 2-1-2 Eagles of Blue Hill. Kayla Eaton stopped six out of 10 shots.

Bucksport 2, Hermon 0
At Bucksport, the Golden Bucks scored two second-half goals to hand the Hawks their seventh loss.
Paige Pelletier and Emily Lenor each scored for 5-1-1 Bucksport. Lindsey Gordon and Brittni Adams handed out the assists.
Katie Hurd saved two of three shots for the Bucks.
Ashley Kelley stopped 26 shots on 41 attempts for 0-7 Hermon.
