AUGUSTA – This year’s annual Maine Military Historical Society meeting will honor combat journalists and photographers.

Embedded Iraq reporter Bill Nemitz from the Portland Press Herald will be speaking.

The meeting is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 22, at the Senator Inn. There will be a buffet. Cost is $25 per person, tax and tip included.
