PRESQUE ISLE – Caleb Rosser scored a goal and assisted on another as the Caribou Vikings upset archrival and previously unbeaten Presque Isle 2-1 in schoolboy soccer action Thursday.
Chase Gagnon scored a goal for 7-6-1 Caribou and Jarryd Rossignol had an assist. Brad Ala made 12 saves on 13 shots.
Nate Carter scored a goal for 13-1 Presque Isle. Adam Kinsbury stopped six of eight shots.

Fort Kent 3, Penobscot Val. 2
At Howland, Kelly Thibodeau scored an unassisted goal with 23:40 remaining in the game to give the Warriors the win over the Howlers.
Tom Desjardins scored one goal and assisted on another by Sherman Pelletier to give Fort Kent a 2-0 halftime lead.
Ryan Ware responded with an unassisted goal 1:10 into the second half for the Howlers and Matt Cummings added a second goal off a Nik Hockridge pass with 11:57 left.
Matt Harvey made five saves on eight shots for 6-5-2 Fort Kent and Ryan Harris made seven saves on 13 shots for 4-7-1 PVHS.
So. Aroostook 14, Hodgdon 2
At Dyer Brook, Jeremy Boutilier scored three goals to lead Southern Aroostook to victory.
Josh Branscombe and Colby Clark both scored twice for Southern Aroostook who ended their regular season at 10-3-1.
Tyler Robinson, Logan Edwards, Adam Anderson, Rusty Toothaker, Mike Casey, Stephen Grant and Zach Stubbs each added a goal for the Warriors. Clark, Branscombe and Boutilier combined to make four saves on eight shots.
Tom Duff and Gordon Sloat both scored a goal for 0-14 Hogdon. Alex Harris and Chris Harvey combined to stop 22 of 36 shots.
Ashland 6, Wisdom 1
At St. Agatha, Jacob Paradis scored two goals and assisted another to push Ashland to the win.
Carl Nemer scored twice for the 6-6-2 Hornets. Sam Cobb had a goal and an assist and Jeremy Tarr added a goal. Lucas Belanger stopped six of 17 shots.
Chad Sirois scored on a Randy Thibeault assist for 1-13 Wisdom. Curtis Collin saved 14 of 30 shots.
Lee 8, Penquis 1
At Lee, Peter Pickering tallied two goals and one assist and Yun Jung scored twice to lead the Pandas past the Patriots of Milo.
Minh Gu Rhee had a goal and assist for 9-4 Lee. Devon Parker, Doob Dow and Joel Worster added a goal apiece. Pickering, Kris King and Cameron Hamilton combined for seven saves on nine shots.
Robert Veno scored for 2-11 Penquis. Nick Emery and Joe Leland saved 20 of 34 shots.
Calais 4, Shead 4 (2OT)
At Calais, Sean Cavanaugh’s goal with 16 seconds left in regulation time rallied the Blue Devils to a season-ending tie with Shead of Eastport.
Calais had a 3-1 halftime lead, but Shead used two goals by Aaron Sullivan and one by Chris Newman to take a 4-3 lead with 11 minutes left.
Mike Cummings gave Shead an early 1-0 lead, but Jacob Ludington scored twice and Adam Knowles scored once as the Blue Devils took a two-goal lead at intermission.
Scott Geel made 20 saves on 24 shots for 10-2-2 Calais. Brandon Laplante made 28 saves on 32 shots for 5-6-3 Shead.
DI-Stonington 8, J-B Royals 0
At Deer Isle, Bryant Ciomei and Rob Brown each had two goals and an assist for the host Mariners.
Miles Douglass added a goal and an assist for 5-9 Deer Isle-Stonington, while Carlos Garcia, Parker McDonald and Tabor Johnson each scored a goal and Collin Ciomei contributed an assist.
Brown and Eben Powers combined to make six saves on seven shots for the Mariners, which led just 2-0 at intermission.
Aaron Herzog made 19 saves on 28 shots for 1-12-1 Jonesport-Beals.
Ellsworth 1, George Stevens 0
At Ellsworth, Chris Leighton took a pass from Pat Nabozny and drove it just inside the left post seven minute into the second half to lift the Ellsworth Eagles to the win.
Cory Smith made five saves on 10 shots for 8-4-1 Ellsworth.
Collin Henry stopped eight of 21 shots for the 8-3-3 Eagles of Blue Hill.

Penobscot Valley 4, Fort Kent 1
At Howland, Ashley Dawson tallied three goals to power the Howlers past the Warriors.
Kelsey Lavertu chipped in with a goal for Penobscot Valley. Lyndsay Drost and Lexi Thurlow each added an assist. Jenn Plourde stopped five of 10 shots.
Lindsay Cyr scored a goal for Fort Kent and Kelsie Bouchard made five saves on 11 shots.
Hodgdon 3, So. Aroostook 1
At Dyer Brook, Brianne McGary, Casey Nightingale, and Kayla Fleming each scored a goal to lead the Hawks to the win.
Heather London made seven saves on 10 shots for 7-7 Hodgdon.
Audrey Charette scored a second-half goal for 6-7-1 Southern Aroostook. Shana Martin and Amanda Charette combined to made 12 saves on 16 shots.
Washburn 1, Van Buren 0
At Caribou, Kristen Goupille scored on an Alex Bird assist with 34:30 left in the second half to lead Washburn to the win.
Amber Palmer made five saves on 11 shots for 8-5-1 Washburn.
Kristen Vaillancourt stopped nine of 16 shots for 4-6-4 Van Buren.
Ashland 5, Wisdom 2
At St. Agatha, Whitney Flint and Kasie Boyd each had two goals and an assist to help push Ashland to victory in a mutual regular-season finale.
Jacky Raymond added a goal and two assists for 11-1-2 Ashland, while Angela Belskis contributed an assist. Ashley Nemer made three saves on five shots for the Hornets.
Stephanie Turner and Sadi Dubois each scored a goal for 3-11 Wisdom and Justine Tardiff added an assist. Kayla Daigle stopped 21 of 26 shots for the Pioneers.
Lee 7, Penquis 0
At Milo, Karen Bird knocked in a pair of goals to lead Lee Academy past Penquis.
Aarika Ritchie scored one goal and dished out two assists for the Pandas. Marci Moors, Amanda Gifford and Jessica Arbo notched a goal apiece. Jackie Moors, who scored on a penalty kick, had two saves on seven shots.
Kylie Palmer, Johannah Kutz and Shelisha Clark combined for 12 saves on 19 shots for the Patriots.
Calais 1, Woodland 1 (2OT)
At Calais, Darcey Gillespie scored on a direct kick with five minutes left in the second half to rally Calais to the tie.
Rachel Torrey had given Woodland a 1-0 lead with an unassisted goal with 2:55 left in the first half.
Steph Perry made 15 saves on 16 shots for 5-8-1 Calais, while Cindy Bergin made 10 saves on 11 shots for 5-5-3 Woodland.
