Dr. William Clemmer will be the keynoter at Columbia Street Baptist Church’s annual missions conference this week. The physician has served in the Democratic Republic of the Congo since 1995. Clemmer did his residency at Eastern Maine Medical Center and has been director of the medical residency program and later medical director at Evangelical Hospital in Vanga, Congo.
