DOVER-FOXCROFT – Logan Forrest completed eight of 14 passes for 146 yards and two touchdowns as the Foxcroft Academy football team rolled over Orono 42-7 and into the LTC Class C title game.

The Ponies will face Mattanawcook of Lincoln next week for a berth in the Class C state championship game.

Joey Caparrelli led the Ponies with 13 carries for 122 yards, including a 66-yard touchdown run in the second quarter. The Foxcroft offense totaled 281 yards in the first half en route to 467 total yards. James McPhee came up with 80 yards on 10 carries, while Brad Bellemare had eight receptions for 77 yards.

Mardy Simon led the Red Riots with 46 rushing yards on 15 carries. He scored on a 1-yard TD run in the third quarter.
