Army National Guard Spec. Justin M. Pelletier has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Sill, Lawton, Okla. He is the son of Linda Rossignol of Garland, and Michael Pelletier of Limestone. Pelletier is a 1999 graduate of Madawaska High School and earned a bachelor’s degree from Stonehill College in 2003.
