EASTBROOK – Indian Meadow Herbals, an herbal manufacturing company in Eastbrook, has been awarded a $10,000 grant from the Maine Community Foundation in Ellsworth.

The group’s goal is to grow difficult-to-acquire threatened herbs used in the natural products industry.

IMH would prefer to buy herbs organically grown in Maine to support local economic development.
