The 10th annual Maine State Junior High/Elementary Cheering competition will be held at the Bangor Auditorium on March 11, according to an announcement by the Calais Recreation Department.

Trophies will be awarded to first-place and runner-up finishers in each class. Up to 50 squads will be accepted. The deadline for registration is Feb. 17.
