The Bangor Christian School’s girls and boys basketball teams have received sportsmanship awards from the Eastern Maine Board 111 of basketball officials.

The Searsport girls team received an honorable mention and Brewer was named most improved.

Boys teams at Sumner in East Sullivan and Katahdin in Stacyville also received an honorable mention while Islesboro was named most improved.
