Several appointments have been made in the Maine District of KeyBank N.A.
The recent appointees are based at the bank’s Presque Isle office.
Steven Gagnon has been named senior vice president in corporate finance for the Maine District of KeyBank N.A. Gagnon has been with KeyBank since 1978, most recently as vice president of corporate finance. Gagnon will be a senior financial adviser with responsibility for developing and maintaining new business, and identifying and directing cross-selling and prospective activities.
Cheri L. Doak has been named area retail leader for northern Maine. Doak, who previously was a relationship manager, will be responsible for retail sales and related operations in the region.
Brian Flewelling has been named senior relationship manager in corporate finance. In his new position, he is a senior financial adviser responsible for developing and maintaining overall client relationships and developing new business. Most recently vice president for corporate finance, Flewelling has been with KeyBank since 1987.
Renee Bishop, certified public accountant with Berry, Dunn, McNeil & Parker, CPAs and Management Consultants, has been promoted to principal. She has been with the firm for eight years, specializing in auditing and consulting for manufacturing and not-for-profit clients. She is a Husson College graduate and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
John Theriault has joined the Ames Corp. in Bangor as a traffic engineer. He graduated from the University of Maine with a bachelor’s degree in engineering. While working in New York and New Hampshire, he oversaw numerous projects involving roads and highways (new construction and reconstruction), traffic impact studies, traffic signal design and storm-water draining and erosion control.
William J. “Joe” Dorsey has been named president of McCain Transport, a U.S. division of the Day & Ross Transportation Group based in Presque Isle. He has a bachelor’s degree in communications from Kent State University and extensive experience in the transport industry.
Gregory A. Dufour has joined Camden National Corp. in the newly created position of senior vice president of finance. Dufour will be responsible for all corporate finance functions, including capital resource management, financial forecasting, strategic development and investor and shareholder relations. He also will have oversight of the accounting and reporting functions for all corporate affiliates. Dufour holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Maine and a master’s of business administration with a concentration in finance from the University of North Texas.
Leslie Plourde has joined First Citizens Bank in Fort Kent and will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the branch, business development and servicing of loan and deposit customers. Plourde has a degree in criminal justice and is working toward a bachelor’s degree in business management.
