ST CROIX – The St. Croix Composite Squadron of the Civil Air Patrol Cadet (CAP) Program has announced the promotions of Felicia Vincent of Waite, and Chris Barbuto of Princeton to the rank of Cadet Master Sergeant.

Cadet Capt. Stephen Lincoln, Jr. was awarded the Amelia Earhart Award from CAP national headquarters.

The CAP Program provides opportunities in aerospace education, leadership, special activities and moral and ethical values for ages 12 to 20.

The squadron meets at 6:30 p.m. Thursdays at the Calais National Guard Armory. Visitors are encouraged to attend.
