Down East Federal Credit Union will open its fifth branch at 24 Springer Drive in Bangor on Monday, July 10. The Credit Union, established in 1941, serves Penobscot, Hancock, Waldo and Washington counties. The new Bangor branch will be managed by Vice President Bill Crawford.
