ORONO – The University of Maine’s football team gained more preseason accolades Wednesday when seniors Mike DeVito and Daren Stone were selected as preseason All-American by Don Hansen’s Football Gazette.

This is the second preseason All-America honor for defensive tackle DeVito, a Black Bear captain, and first for defensive back Stone, who was an honorable mention selection.
