Five seats are up for grabs during local elections in November. The three-year terms of City Councilors Larry Doughty and Michael Celli and school board members Ruth-Marie Spellman and Amanda Bost are expiring, along with the five-year term of high school District Trustee Alan Kochis. Election packets are now available for any resident interested in filling the seats. They must be returned to the city clerk with the signatures of at lease 50 residents by 4:30 p.m. Sept. 25.
