AUGUSTA – Gov. John Baldacci has ordered the U.S. and Maine flags to be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset Tuesday in remembrance of a soldier from Wiscasset.

Pfc. Andrew Small died Aug. 11 from hostile fire while on patrol in Afghanistan. His funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Wiscasset Community Center.

Small served with the Army’s 10th Mountain Division.
