A Dexter woman was taken to Mayo Regional Hospital late Sunday night after flipping over her four-wheeler.

According to police reports, Sarah Brown, 23, flipped her vehicle on Zions Hill Road around 11:30 p.m. Sunday. She was taken to the hospital for a mild arm injury and was released the same night.

Police found marijuana in her possession when they responded to the call. She was issued a summons for possession of a usable amount of marijuana.

A man arrested around 9 p.m. Sunday for threatening was charged with OUI and operating after suspension.

Police responded to a call about an intoxicated man in Plymouth who was creating a disturbance and threatening people. Randy Kitchen, 39, of Detroit was found blocked into his parking spot by another car when police arrived. Police reports indicate he had tried to run someone over with his pickup before police arrived.

When police checked his background, they discovered his license had been suspended. They arrested him for threatening and charged him with OUI and operating after suspension.

An accident on Hogan Road in Bangor Monday resulted in three women being taken to Eastern Maine Medical Center.

Nancy Field, 63, of Northport was turning her 1995 Volvo on to the Hogan Road from Interstate 95 when her car was struck by a vehicle driven by Rose Kendrigan, 85, of Hampden, who was driving on Hogan Road. According to police reports, witnesses at the scene said Kendrigan drove her 1998 Buick through a red traffic light before she struck Field’s vehicle. Kendrigan told police there was no light where the accident occurred.

Field suffered abrasions and bruises. Her passenger, Mary Ebert of Northport, complained of pain in her abdominal region. Kendrigan suffered a slight injury to the head. The Bangor Fire Department took them to Eastern Maine Medical Center.

A Bangor man was arrested for violating bail conditions late Sunday night at a Sanford Street residence.

Jerry Burns, 28, had recently been released on bail for domestic assault. He was not to return to the victim’s Sanford Street residence. Officer Steve Pelletier saw Burns’ vehicle at the residence several times over the last two weeks, but had never found anyone at the residence.

According to police reports, around 10:50 p.m. Sunday, Officer Pelletier saw Burns’ vehicle turn into the driveway of the victim’s residence. When Officer Pelletier approached Burns and the victim, he informed them of the bail conditions. They told him the conditions had been amended and they were allowed to see each other. Officer Pelletier later verified with the jail that the conditions had not been amended.

Burns was arrested for violating bail conditions. During a search of Burns’ person, Officer Pelletier found a bag of marijuana buds and issued Burns a warning for possession of a usable amount of marijuana.
