BANGOR – The University of Maine System board of trustees is expected to approve several appointments at its meeting in Machias on Nov. 5 and 6.

Among other topics the meeting agenda includes an update on the progress of the search for a new chancellor, a report on fall 2006 enrollment, and action on the last of six employee collective bargaining agreements.

All board meetings are open to the public.
