BANGOR – Peace through International Community Action will hold its 20th annual auction from 2:30 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 18, at the University College of Bangor College Center, 201 Texas Ave. The fundraiser will benefit Bangor’s Sister City, Carasque, El Salvador, and PICA’s work.
