Jacob Levin of Cherryfield was recently selected as the first Snickers brand and Burton “Rover,” an ambassador for board sports.

The Rover tours the country to meet enthusiasts, demonstrate his technique and give away free gifts.

Levin will attend Rover Skatefest, a non-competitive skate jam, at 6 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 18, at the Antigravity Complex Skatepark in Carrabassett Valley.
