Skate with the Bears

ORONO – The Friends of Maine Hockey will hold their annual Skate with the Bears 2-3:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 10, at the Alfond Arena, University of Maine.

Participants will join the University of Maine’s men and women hockey teams on the ice. It’s an opportunity for fans of all ages to meet the players, get autographs and have photos taken. University mascot Bananas will be on hand, too. A limited number of skate rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis, courtesy of the University of Maine. The event is free and open to the public.

Z107.3 will broadcast live from Alfond Arena during the event, sponsored by Machias Savings Bank and Unicel.
