WATERVILLE – Maine’s newest police officers graduated Friday morning at Thomas College. The keynote speakers were Maine Attorney General Steven Rowe and Second District U.S. Congressman Michael Michaud.

The graduates completed 18 weeks of study and training and came from the state, county and municipal ranks. Among the training topics were criminal and traffic law, domestic violence, firearms, first aid, crime scene processing, sexual assault training and emergency vehicle operation.
