Basic training

SAN ANTONIO – Air Force Airman Ashley Ross graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base.

During the six weeks of training, Ross studied the Air Force mission, organization and military customs and courtesies; performed drill and ceremony marches; and worked on physical training, rifle marksmanship, field training, and received special training in human relations.

Ross, a 2006 honors graduate of Hermon High School, is the daughter of Darrell and Laurie Ross of Hermon, and granddaughter of Joann Hunt of Bucksport.
