BREWER – Ryan Babin scored 19 points and grabbed 11 rebounds to lead the Brewer Witches to a 57-44 schoolboy basketball victory over the Old Town Coyotes Friday night.

Ben Valley chipped in with 18 points and nine rebounds for Brewer. Brad Libby added 13 points.

Ethan Shanley posted 12 points to pace Old Town.

At Searsport, Seth Dwyer scored four of his game-high 33 points in overtime as the Red Riots finished off a second-half rally to pull out the win.

Bryan Henigan added 11 points and Brandon Levasseur 10 for Orono.

Forward Josh Nickerson paced the Vikings with 21 points, nine blocks, seven rebounds, five assists, and four steals. Nickerson’s steal and layup in the final minute of regulation sent the game into overtime.

Casey Ashey had 10 points and Tom Cameron nine for Searsport.
