Muzzy, Harvey spark Husson

FARMINGTON – Tyler Muzzy tossed in 20 points and pulled down nine rebounds as Husson College of Bangor held off UMaine-Farmington 67-63 in men’s basketball action Monday to remain undefeated in conference play.

Scott Kissinger and Jason Harvey added 14 points apiece for the Eagles.

Sean Fry poured in 29 points to go along with 11 rebounds for the Beavers. Isaac Hutchinson netted 13 points.

At Farmington, Kari Simpson poured in 21 points to go along with 10 rebounds, three assists and three blocks as UMaine-Farmington downed Husson College of Bangor and improved to 15-0 in the North Atlantic Conference.

Erin Porter netted 13 points and Caitlyn Laflin and Karen Sirois added 12 points apiece for the Beavers.

Carmen Ballard tossed in 14 points and Jenny Rollins contributed 11 for the Eagles.
