Children’s necklaces
. About 58,000 children’s necklaces, imported by Claire’s Boutiques Inc., because they contain high levels of lead, which is dangerous if ingested by children.
The necklaces, which hang on silver-colored chains, have pendants shaped like monkeys, dolphins and frogs that are each holding colored marbles. They also come with pendants shaped like a fleur de lis, a silver and black fairy, handcuffs and the letters “BFF” in silver with rhinestones. The fleur de lis and handcuff pendants come in various colors. The packaging says “Claire’s” or “Claire’s best friends forever.”

. About 47,000 children’s mood necklaces, imported by Rhode Island Novelty, because they contain high levels of lead, which is dangerous if ingested by children.
The necklaces feature multicolored pendants in a variety of shapes including hearts, moons, dolphins, dragonflies, stars and butterflies. The pendants hang from a black cord. The words “Mood Necklace” are printed on the packaging. The necklaces were sold at carnivals, amusement parks, discount stores and family entertainment locations around the country between August 2005 and December 2006.
