CASTINE – Shawna Bell scored on a passed ball in the bottom of the seventh inning to lift the Husson College Eagles to an 11-10 softball victory over Maine Maritime Academy Thursday.

The teams were supposed to play a doubleheader but the second game was postponed due to weather conditions.

Bell singled and scored another run for Husson, which scored six times in the second. Jenny Rollins sparked that inning with a two-run home run.

Maegan Cloutier paced the Mariners with two singles and an RBI while Meghan McKay singled and knocked in a run.
