The wrong savings

The Baldacci administration tries to save $5.4 million by cutting sports funding in schools when they have a shortfall of $74 million. Is something wrong with this picture?

I would suggest we tell our kids to go elsewhere to be in an environment where the legislators and governor tried to help and not hurt their citizens. We cannot sell this state when our priorities are not the kids in this state. Tourism and possible jobs will not be helped by legislating higher wages and higher taxes.

This administration has destroyed most jobs and has put the people on welfare and dependent on government and we have missed the surge of development that the rest of the country has felt over the last few years.

Thank God we have kids that decided to go out of state and take their talent with them instead of staying in this oppressive environment.
