. About 20,000 KTM off-road motorcycles, distributed by KTM North America Inc., are being recalled because the seal around the fuel tank can loosen and fuel can leak, which poses a fire hazard to consumers. The company has received 5,114 reports of leaking fuel tanks. The Consumer Product Safety Commission has received one report of a minor chemical burn after fuel came into contact with one consumer’s skin. Details by phone at (888) 985-6090; or by Web at www.ktmnorthamerica.com or www.cpsc.gov.
