Parritt accelerates to fifth straight Speedway 95 win

HERMON – Brenton Parritt of Steuben raced to his fifth consecutive win in the 50-lap Coca-Cola Limited Sportsman series at Speedway 95 Saturday night.

Parritt moved to the front in the 23rd lap after leader Bobby Seger Jr.’s engine blew and led the rest of the way. Not surprisingly, Parritt is the series points and division leader.

Deane Smart of Bradley finished second and Nick Jenkins of Milo was third. Steuben’s Rowland Robinson Sr. and Hudson’s Glen Curtis Sr. were fourth and fifth, respectively.
