Cousins holds off Hatch to take final

WINTERPORT – Bob Cousins of Orono out dueled Lubec’s Jerry Hatch to win the rain-postponed Super Pro/Pro Final Sunday at Winterport Dragway. Cousins also beat Mike Reynolds of Bangor to win the regularly-scheduled Super Pro/Pro Final.

Oakland’s Jeff Burgess held off Peter Oakes of Boothbay to win the Late Model Sportsman 30-lap feature on Saturday night. Josh St. Clair of Liberty finished third, Puncin St. Clair of Liberty was fourth, and Sidney’s Chris Thorne finished fifth.
