AUBURN – Jocelyn Lahey scored two goals off penalty corners as No. 7 Edward Little eliminated No. 10 Bangor 2-0 in an Eastern Maine Class A field hockey prelim Saturday.
Karen Leary and Miranda Martin grabbed assists for the 8-6-1 Red Eddies. Kayla Cummings stopped all 12 shots she faced.
Hilary Babin had six saves on nine shots for the Rams, who finish at 5-9-1.

Highview Chr. 3, Islesboro 2
At Lincoln, Jumpu Morishita tallied three goals in the first half to lead Highview Christian Academy of Charleston to victory over Islesboro.
Wesley Jones posted two assists while Nathan Chandler and Wesley Jones combined to make 17 saves on 24 shots for the 4-7-1 Knights.
Jesse Tutor and Jason Hatch each notched a goal for 4-10 Islesboro. Gerard Scherr made eight saves on 15 shots for the Eagles.
PVHS 2, Piscataquis 2 (2OT)
At Guilford, Ryan Scopino notched a goal in the second half for Penobscot Valley off an assist from Dylan Thompson as the Howlers of Howland and Piscataquis fought to a 2-2 tie through two overtimes.
Chad Trapier added a goal for 7-4-3 Penobscot Valley. Aaron Awalt made five saves on 10 shots.
Kyle Curtis scored two goals for Piscataquis while Brandon London and Josh Herrick each grabbed an assist. Corbin Shufelt made five saves on 11 shots for the 7-5-2 Pirates.
