Bangor Christian Schools

BANGOR – Bangor Christian Schools’ seventh-grader Timothy Lewis has been recognized as a Hometown Hero through a program sponsored by the Bugaboo Creek Steak House. The program honors individuals who have made a difference in the lives of Bangor residents.

Lewis has Type-1 diabetes and is being honored for creating a DVD for the Eastern Maine Medical Center that helps newly diagnosed children understand the challenges of the disease.
