It is ironic that Tuesday’s Mini Page was dedicated to teaching children how to settle differences peacefully. Learning how to deal with conflict with respect and caring rather then fear and hatred can be taught. It must begin with each one of us.

Those responsible for Tuesday’s attack must be brought to justice. However, we must not indiscriminately direct our outrage toward all people of the Muslim faith. Let us prayerfully keep our heads and act responsibly.
