DEXTER – Sophomore Ian Champeon rushed for 102 yards and scored three touchdowns as Foxcroft Academy completed an undefeated regular season with a 54-0 victory over Dexter Saturday.

Foxcroft (9-0) will be the No. 1 seed in the LTC playoffs and will host No. 4 Rockland (5-4) Friday night in a semifinal at Oakes Field in Dover-Foxcroft.

Champeon scored on runs of 10 and 32 yards and on a 39-yard touchdown pass from Jamie Nason.

Ben Provost added a 12-yard run as the Ponies won their 28th straight game against Eastern Maine competition. Jerod Rideout, Shane Adkins, Ryan Stroud and Robert Segerson also had rushing touchdowns.

Foxcroft outgained Dexter 340-61 in total yardage.
