The Northern Maine Medical Center has scheduled several events for the month of December:

. Cardiac support groups -free meetings that are open to the public.

. Smoking cessation classes – four one-hour sessions to help quit smoking.

. First aid courses – a two-year certification from the American Heart Association.

. CPR courses – a two-year certification from the American Heart Association.
