ORONO – The University of Maine’s 2008 baseball recruiting class has been ranked No. 2 in the Northeast and 70th nationally by the Perfect Game USA scouting service. Boston College ranked ahead of UMaine at 69th overall and first in the northeast.

Coach Steve Trimper’s signees include infielder Kyle Stilphen of Pittston and pitchers Keith Bilodeau of Bourne, Mass., A.J. Bazdanes of Nashua, N.H., Pat Quinn of Uncasville, Conn., and Matt Klaczkiewicz of Newark, Del.
