Students and faculty practiced with professional dancers provided by Back Door Dance Studio to get ready for last week’s elimination round.

Five couples will advance to Saturday’s finals, where they will perform their first routine and add a second one to be judged on.

Dancing in the championship round will be:

. Barry Meherg and Teina Reaviel.

. Rylee Rawcliffe and Allen Townsend.

. Jen Wilson and Dan Crocker.

. Nate Burke and Cindy Madore.

. Mike Gerbal and Terry Gorden.

In addition, memorabilia from the “Dancing with the Stars” TV show will be available during a silent auction.

The three couples eliminated last week also will perform.

“What a fabulous evening we had,” said Bill Burke, one of the evening’s organizers. “Most people were unaware of the talent and entertainment the evening would hold. Everyone had a great time.”
