BANGOR – Dollar Tree Inc. announced Thursday that it has opened a new store at Stillwater Plaza, 642 Stillwater Ave.

The new 8,088-square-foot-store, located near the new Home Depot, is one of 20 new stores the Chesapeake, Va.-based chain is opening this month.

Dollar Tree offers brand name and private label basics, including seasonal products, party goods, health and beauty products, housewares, food and snacks, apparel and accessories, household cleaners and specialty sections, such as Create-a-Gift Basket and Teachers’ Corner.

Dollar Tree has more than 3,400 stores in 48 states. Its stores are open seven days a week.
