WATERVILLE – Christine O’Donnell scored first-half goals 2 minutes, 34 seconds apart, sparking the Colby White Mules to an 8-0 women’s soccer victory over St. Joseph’s on Thursday afternoon.
Kate Austgen, Kate Liggio, Katie Egan, Stephanie Hicks, Emily Dattwyler, and Amanda Walsh scored one goal apiece for 5-1-1 Colby. Elizabeth Riley posted her first shutout without facing a shot.
Marissa Regan made seven saves on 38 shots for 4-6 St. Joseph’s of Standish.

At Gorham, Kelly Murphy scored 10 minutes into the second half to break a scoreless tie and lead the Cougars to victory.
Lynne Casey scored the other goal for 11-0 Clark of Worcester, Mass. Jesse Egan made five saves on nine shots.
Andrea Guerette made 12 saves on 19 shots for 6-5 Southern Maine.
