ORONO – Starting times for the men’s and women’s divisions of the 10th Murray Keatinge Invitational cross country meet today have been reversed, according to Joe Roberts of the University of Maine sports information department.
The women’s race will start at 11 a.m. followed by the men’s competition at noon. Stanford University, ranked second in the country for both men and women, is the favored team in both races. Other nationally ranked men’s teams include 12th-ranked Arizona and 14th-ranked Michigan.
Also, Olympian Gabe Jennings will be making his seasonal cross country debut for Stanford. Ben Ray, Joe Luchini, and Nicole Pelletier will lead the University of Maine teams.
