The following municipal meetings are scheduled this week in Bangor.

. City Council, 7 p.m. Monday, City Hall, executive session regarding legal matter involving issuance of special amusement permit.

. City Council, 7:30 p.m. Monday, City Hall, regular meeting, showing of recycling video and recognition of those involved, liquor license application from Bi Jiao Chen for Green Restaurant at 11 Bangor Mall Blvd., special amusement permit application from Scott David Huntley for Fuzion at 123 Franklin St., consent agreement for leasehold mortgage for Spectacular Event Center at 395 Griffin Road, amendment of fuel storage and handling agreement with ExxonMobil.

. Bangor Gardens neighborhood assessing meeting, 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Mary Snow School.

. Water district trustees, 3:45 p.m. Tuesday, 614 State St., Hermon well report, update on in-stream flow rule, 2008-09 capacity charge.

. City Council’s government operation committee, 5 p.m. Tuesday, City Hall, amendment to city lease with American Legion Post 12, review of policy banning bags of returnable cans and bottles on public transit buses, preliminary discussion regarding winter heating assistance resources and role of city, consideration of amending city mileage reimbursement policy.

. Planning board, 7 p.m. Tuesday, City Hall, planned group development for Bangor Motor Inn and Banquet and Conference Center at 701 Hogan Road, zone change requests from A.C. Real Estate LLC for 40 Target Industrial Circle and from Husson College at 891 Broadway, land development code amendment to ensure developments comply with code despite conflicts with approved site plans, site plan approval for retail building and outdoor storage at 1135 and 1157 Broadway, site plan approval to convert building at 125 Fern St. to 15-unit apartment complex.
